Pros
SAS is a great company to work for. Great benefits, such as automatic 3 weeks vacation on day 1, in addition to having a week off between Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Free Gym Membership, excellent work-life balance. Understands that there is more to life than your job. Excellent support for people with young children to those with Elderly parents.
Cons
I think that SAS set the bar high when it comes to work-life balance. Companies now recognize Dr. Goodnights' philosophy that his greatest resources are his employees. It's hard to keep that number 1 position for the best company to work for when others are doing the same.
