      Pros

      Once a great company devoted to it's products and customers with a good HR policy that fostered a nice family feel.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the pursuit of the evil dollar send to be destroying the company. It's ambitions for IPO have put the company strategy in the hands of the Finance Dept. The souls is being torn from the culture. The question is can the company complete the IPO before all the talent has left.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
