Pros
Some outstanding people. The tech is largely good albeit lacking ip in certain domains. At times it’s been a great place to work.
Cons
Lost in IPO readiness that has sent the business into a tail spin and its not improving. Not helped by an absent sales strategy or plan. GTM at a local level is non existent and there is a total a lack of accountability in certain functions. Overall, whilst it’s possible to succeed at sas, it feels you achieve this in spite on the broader org not because of it.
