Large user base though rapidly losing market share Smart people throughout the company Resource rich - lots of people who specialize in different parts of the sales and delivery cycle Good work life balance for me though many may not agree

Terrible managers seem to thrive and last for years or even decades - even when they don’t perform the basic responsibilities associated with their jobs Constant change, turnover and organizational chaos in the US Products and business model are far behind current market requirements Politics are brutal - things are tough given many years of flat revenue in spite of a market that is rapidly growing - feels like the rats are attacking each other on a sinking ship Lack of diversity
