Pros
Benefits are incredible. Family culture. Cafeterias are cheap but great quality food. A couple challenging projects that helped me grow professionally, as well as meeting a lot of intelligent people. Pickup sports and leagues within the company, beautiful campus.
Cons
Lots of typical "intern" work, which is expected, but I would have liked to have a challenge every day rather than every couple week. Everyone pretty much has their own office so it feels isolating at times if you're not working with other interns. I prefer a collaborative environment which I didn't have in this role.
