Pros

- Fast career progression (for me personally) - Managers push you to do better in a beneficial way - Great exposure to director and c-suite level and CEO - Operates like a start up , fast paced (if you like this you will thrive!) - Amazing opportunities to see the network and learn about aviation - Great experience to work across many different departments - Hard work is rewarded if you work hard and are driven. - I was given control over projects for my own recruitment pushes which I liked - Recruitment Management is approachable and on your side - You make friends for life there

Cons

- Progression is great it just hits a halt in recruitment unfortunately - Flight benefits are nice but no further benefits (i.e. Health care etc) - Little female management representation - 1 day WFH

Pros

Decent salary, but still not enough, and not even comparable with other airlines, also the low cost ones.

Cons

Everything. The worst company I have ever worked for, 0, ZERO respect for the workers. Your are just a slave, that needs to sell as much scratch cards and products on board. If you don't do it? They will call you on your personal mobile and tell you that it's not acceptable and stuff like this, trying to scare you. I have seen people FIRED for this, and even for other stupid things. Also sometimes, it's SO unsafe! There's cabin crews, that I met, that literally don't know anything about this work, not even closing the doors properly. Absolutely a disaster, but yeah, you just need to sell as much as possible, who cares about the rest.. Also, you are not getting paid for OT, it doesn't even exist, usually you do 4 flights in a day, you could start at 5:00 AM (It means that you need to get up at 3:30 maybe, and be at the airport on time), and get back home after 5/6 PM, it happened to me a lot of times, and my health, was absolutely a disaster, I had to leave because I had a lot of medical conditions due to flying too much. I couldn't do that anymore.
