Disconnect between what is actually happening and what the senior team present as happening - hard to focus when you have more than one job Inflating volunteer numbers - got to wonder why.... Introducing a bonus scheme that only employees on salaries above 30K (not that many) can benefit from (salary sacrifice). IT systems that are not fit for purpose but have been purchased recently anyway (underpins the disconnect between the Board/Senior Team and the actual job to be done). Sacking the whole IT department prior to the implementation of the new IT system - appalling decision making...but if you've got two or more jobs do you care? A charity with no leadership, no vision, no direction and no heart at the top. A disgrace...
