Pros

-Everyday is challenging but very rewarding -You aren't a small cog in a big machine here. Your work makes a visible and impactful difference on the organization -If you perform, there are numerous opportunities for personal growth and to be promoted to more senior positions -Because we are growing so quickly, it's all hands on deck. You will wear multiple hats that will stretch your capabilities -Work with the world's top advertisers and ecommerce players -The pay and benefits are quite competitive -Overall, it's a fun ride being apart of a fast growing tech startup. It's not for the faint of heart

Cons

-Because we are growing so quickly, there are some growing pains that can be frustrating at times. However, senior management is good at listening and addressing those concerns when you bubble them up.

Thank you for providing feedback on your time so far at ROKT. It's really great to hear that you have found working at the business to be rewarding and that it has provided growth and opportunities to learn. We do understand that at this stage of growth, the day-to-day can be fast-paced and prone to change, however we appreciate your feedback, and I am glad to hear that you have found the team to be helpful and respectful of your concerns. We're very excited to see where the business is headed, so thank you for being a part of that!

Pros

The paycheck was on time. The infrastructure didn't get in my way technically.

Cons

•Ideas I brought up in meetings were routinely dismissed, only to see the exact same ideas approved weeks later when repeated by someone within the inner circle. •Meaningful projects consistently went to those already tied into the right connections, and it was clear capability had little to do with it. •Real mentorship and guidance existed, but it happened in closed conversations I was never part of, while others received constant support from senior engineers. •Key decisions were made in small informal groups, and I would only learn about them after everything had already been decided. •I was repeatedly assigned lower visibility infrastructure work while others were given opportunities to grow through impactful projects.
