+) Robotics is an area that grows fast and exponentially and RobotShop grows with it. This results in very exciting work tasks and daily challenges. Not the type of place that you will get bored at. +) The superiors are opened to new ideas and work methods that improves efficiency and the managers are present and attentive to their employees. RobotShop cares about the professional development of employees by offering to pay for training and coaching courses. +) RobotShop is a company that maintains a healthy work climate. The working atmosphere is pleasant, coworkers are friendly and employees can build trust and collaboration with their superiors and colleagues. They also organize parties and activities throughout the year to enhance team spirit "Work hard, Play hard". +) The management promotes good values and encourages qualities as respect, transparency, honesty, fairness and clarity of expectations.
