Great promotion ladder for independent contributors and managers. No shortage of interesting challenges. Unique environment at the intersection of tech and gaming.

Cons

Typical growing pains when it comes to the hiring process. Difficult to get people through the entire cycle in a quick time frame.

Pros

Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

Cons

Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
