      Pros

      Obviously this is team specific but I like my team, we have buy-in from the business, compensation is very competitive and WLB exists as long as you take ownership of your role.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and some lack of process, typical issues with small high growth company

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Cons

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
