      Pros

      This is one of many jobs that encourage you to bring in new ideas and not a turn-key solution, Roblox definitely took me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to open up to new technologies and new challenges to encourage learning and growth in my career. This is definitely a place to be at. Good team overall and chemistry on the Infra Operations team. remote, nice office, free meals, free snacks, and drinks are always welcome.

      I have not experienced any so far.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
