      Pros

      We are a vision driven company with awesome people and an awesome mission. I love the team I work with and the transparency and openness in the company. I work with some of the smartest and most creative people I have ever known. The company really focuses on trying to hire great people and then gives them autonomy.

      Cons

      You need to be self organizing and participate in your own career growth.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Tech debt. Poor engineering standards. Micro managing. Nepotism in hiring. Roblox stock crashing. No focus or vision from ceo to course correct.
