      Pros

      Fun place to work. Proud to be apart of such an inspiring company. Roblox offers anyone who wants to build games the chance to do so. They provide so much opportunity for young developers to essentially build there own business. It's great to be apart of such a vision!

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
