      Cons

      Unprofessional middle management. New people are hired at higher level while they are nowhere near match for most of the senior engineers. In some cases people with almost zero exp are hired at similar or higher level than people with 10+ years of experience. That's how failed management makes existing employees seek for other opportunities elsewhere.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
