      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our old offices on 3rd Ave certainly painted the picture of a start up in growth mode, but lucky for us, we just moved in to our new HQ just down the road and we are loving it.

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
