Peers are friendly, people are generally nice, brand is reputable, have large pool of existing clients, no candidate ownership issues.

Not applicable to all but from personal experience, manager was micromanaging, toxic and unethical.
Very less presence in the office yet expecting unrealistic results/kpi from team. Say mean things and indirectly asking team members to leave.

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers
