We strive to provide the best training in the industry, and it’s something we’re known for, so it’s great that you’ve picked up on that. We do focus on KPIs as it’s important in a sales based business, but we like to think people come before a pure emphasis on process. Sorry that wasn’t your experience. One of the things we do to ensure we don’t forget that is to work on a team project share basis. So consultants aren’t working on an individual commission. We think this focuses everyone on working together and that’s different to a lot of competitors.
