Casual workplace, good coworkers, most managers let you work from home as needed, good job security. Taking training/courses in your field is encouraged.
Cons
upper management is in constant contest with each other, no focus and execution, stalled innovation, upper management is all German and from automotive background and have no clue as to how telehealth works nor about how software companies operate in silicon valley. Below market salary for a few of the jobs. Promotions are slow to come by or are very political.
