      1. They give lot of appreciation for the work you do. 2. Good salary hike is given when company is in profit. 3. Always give atleast 100% variable pay. 4. Lot of learning opportunity. 5. 10k rs every year for buying courses. 6. WFH allowance, broadband allowance etc
