Cons
Working at the Richemont call center is great...if you like the idea of working in an environment that feels like high school. Toxic positivity runs the place. Leadership is a clique, and you will not feel valued unless you're in with them. Otherwise you're just a number. Don't even consider working there if you're Black, and that's coming from a white person, so... In general employees are treated as if they can't be trusted. I was hired to do a job, and I excelled at it for years. I set records. But even after years of proving my worth, I was still treated as if I was too stupid to do the job and couldn't be trusted to do it without diligent supervision.
