Pros

Good benefits and beginning to work on diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Management. There is a lot of favoritism and nepotism going on currently. Although it’s not against the law it’s very blatant and unfair. Management has brought in a lot people they know and in less than a year of working there they have given them all promotions to management positions with out them earning it or being the right fit for the position. They overlook those that have been there for years and know the company and are loyal. They do not take the time to groom the assets they already have. No real work life balance. No current program for career advancement opportunities.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As a Group, we believe in enduring relationships, and desire for our team members to feel valued and seen for the hard work and efforts they contribute. We value diversity in talent and look to promote the best talent from within or find the most exceptional talent external to our Group for our open opportunities. We were excited to see double digit internal mobility within the CRC and hope to see an increase as we continue to grow. We encourage ambition & creativity, and we want you to retain your uniqueness and your energy. With a promising roadmap of growth in our team (and across the Group) ahead, please set your career goals in your PMP, and turn them into action with your leader. We also encourage you to bring any concerns to your HR business partner and facility Director.

Pros

Great team with cool people and no micro-management.

Cons

Not much room for strong evolution since no one wants to leave the company.

Pros

I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

Cons

There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
