      -Relaxed environment/culture -Free Breakfast Fridays -Yearly holiday trip -Standing desks/comfortable chairs -Less bureaucracy since it's a small company -Work/life balanced company

      -no shorts allowed :-/ -No bonuses outside of a referral bonus -Few snacks provided in the office

      The company truly cares about their employees. Other companies say they do, but RGi shows they care with every fiber of their being.

      Most people were friendly and willing to help as needed.

      Cons

      CEO is extremely overbearing and into the weeds of things that he shouldnt be. Let your staff do their job until their is a problem that would require someone of that level to step in
