- Raises are low, about equal to inflation. After working for 15 months and acting as a tech lead, I received an equivalent raise of 2.4% per year, about equal to inflation (I spoke with others at the company and they received similar raises). Management informed me this was standard (statistically across America CS receives about 3% annual). However in my original job hunt I had spoken to other CS companies in the area who told me up front they would put me on track for 5% yearly raises. I do not think raises here are competitive with many other CS companies in the area.
- The complaints/harassment hotline redirects to the CEO's brother. I think that's a conflict of interest, although RGi is small and I suppose it makes sense if they don't have the funds for an independent hotline.
- HR is not highly responsive to new potential hires. I've referred several friends to RGi and they both waited several weeks just to hear back about *when* they would hear back about an offer.
- The breakfast that is provided free on Friday often consists of donuts, pastries, or other highly carby foods.

Overall though RGi is pretty great, I'd recommend it as a fantastic place to work if you're looking for a chill, low stress friendly environment.
