-the community at your location is usually tightknight
Cons
-no background checks for any of the "renters" meaning you literally deal with people who suck but who can afford to pay (usually entitled) -higher ups almost never come on site and usually leave you to your devices -the hours of online training given to you when you start is not relevant at all because they have shifted priorities which means your job completely changes from being a main point of community to just being a problem solver to the problems being systemically into how Regus does business
