Pros

It was nice working with people who had genuine love for the brand. I was never mistreated by upper management in retail and they were patient in the way they trained me. Team mentality is what drove success. Requests for time off were accommodated within reason and pay was fairly reasonable. Product placement was strategic and yielded results.

Cons

Too many changes in ownership due to poor management; resulting in the closing of multiple stores throughout the nation. Trying to address issues such as asking for employment verification is a really tough process because they do not have an HR email/hotline, they still do not have any structure that you would expect from a big "International" brand. I was told to DM the Instagram page to get help with employment verification. Totally unprofessional. Nobody is responsive or has sufficient information to be able to guide towards the right resources at the retail level. The brand is deteriorating from the consumer's perspective and as well as the business perspective as reflected with store closures and continuous lowering of profits.

Pros

The designers that you get to work with at Reebok are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people you will meet in the industry. The people are the best part of the brand, and the second best part is the brand heritage. Reebok is getting back into performance, so it is an exciting time as a designer because you get exposure to a wide range of projects.

Cons

Nothing in particular. Commute could be long.
