Pros

During my many years there I met and worked with an incredible group of talented and passionate people. People that helped you grow and inspire you each and every day.

Cons

Leadership was never focused on one strong and solid idea for the brand , it was always flip flopping and didn't dive into it's strong heritage enough to tell stories to a younger generation. Once the brand changed hands it all went down hill. All thier best talent was let go and it's currently a shell of what was once an amazing company. It's a shame.

Pros

Discounts, travel, and nothing else

Cons

Terrible upper managment and directors, people in decision making positions don't understand product or culture, it's laughable. Directors dont direct. Cost is top priority, good product is at the bottom. Lower pay then competitors. If you want to create something new, don't come here. Zero growth potential, managerso don't care about growing young designers Wrong people get promoted for wrong reasons.
