Biology lab teams were well organised and everyone worked together well, Socially it was a very nice environment to work in.

Opportunities to develop and progress seemed to be based on luck of which project you ended up on. Largely favoured towards people who had been there a long time, prior experience didn't seem to matter much, As with many small biotechs, the company is challenged financially and this impacts progression and development both scientifically and personally for staff.

People are very kind and friendly

The company is struggling due to a lack of stability in management.
