Business outlook
Pros
You get to see data for projects, so you can get exposed to a lot of other sides of the business. This is the only pro you get. Every now and again, Redx Pharma will buy you a cake for a meeting. This is presumably to detract from the awful salary. The current lab space is well equipped, but so is the rest of Alderley Park.
Cons
The salary is well below the industry standard. The team are stubborn, and the management is appalling. Funding is unsteady, meaning job security is non-existent. Don't expect to join a team. Expect to join a collection of individual employees. No career progression available, expect to pick up additional responsibilities for no extra pay or recognition.
