      Pros

      I really enjoy working at RealStar, great company with amazing people. It's not a heavily stressful environment, everyone works together to get the work done. The people make the workplace great.

      No cons other than the pay could be a bit higher.

      Pros

      The interview and onboarding process was very smooth. HR and my District Manager were very kind, patient, and was very transparent about the position and our compensation. My managers and the residents seem nice so I think its going to be a really nice place to work. We are excited and hopeful this will be a long term fit.

      No issues so far - happy.
