Pros
Need to search for pros. I am confused how this company got 5 ratings within 2 weeks, what kind of tremendous changes they did to get them. Those 5 star reviews posted by this company management, don't even believe them at all. This company fired almost 60+ people at a time in the month of FEB 2018. Luckily i left early by losing hope on my variable pay and the worst hike given by them. None of the person got there Variable pay last year, they literally looted all employees hard earned money.
Cons
If you are the person with exp then you are not going to get your promised salary for sure. They will not pay the variable pay(I lost 1 year VP). They would cut salary for late coming(LKG Rules). Finally worst annual hike. They will demand you to submit original academic certificates and legal bond for freshers(2years) and even for Exp(1 yr) people also(they know that people not going to stay once what the realty is). 3 months notice period you have to serve if you want to leave. Just 1.25 casual leave per month is going to get added, no sick leave nothing. Finally i want to say one thing Friday is not a fun weekend day here, its employees firing day. No one knows who is going get fired on every Friday, one fine day HR calls you to talk and every thing happens on the spot. Not all teams would have Saturday week off specially for HR team. Get clarity on those things before you join here even if you want to lose your personal life.
