Pros
Good pay. Benefits. Pancake breakfasts, anb barbecues.
Cons
Nepotism is a problem as the CEO is checked out and invisible and let's his untrained sons make key decisions. The oldest son took a crash course in business and pretends to know more than he does, even though he couldn't even hold a job managing a retail outlet. Another son has been hired to program a simple time sheet and billing management system and it's still not done after 5 years. The money spent on that could have paid for a third party program 50 times over. High turnover Bully culture The CEO and his kids are using our revenue to buy themselves cars and renovate buildings they own, so they don't have to pay out on dividends to investors. The whole thing is a con job.
