Pros

Was associated with a prestigious projects in new plant. There was huge learning. People hold your hand and teach you the right way to do it even if you don't have any idea on it. You will get the most out of box working experience. There are experts in every department, you go there to ask and you get all your answers ready. I did product design, tools and moulds validation, machines procurement, line design, line setup, product assembly and testing. I was everywhere. That's the best part. Manager/ HR/ BU head all were just a phone call away..

Cons

I never find any unwanted pressure on work. They will check every document you are submitting to the organisation. Even 3rd party will go to your home for verification.

Pros

If you have no plans to grow professionally, then this is the right place to be in.

Cons

If you're looking to waste your time, RR Kabel might be the place for you. From my very first day, I was taken aback by the company culture. There are separate washrooms for management and employees, with only one washroom available for 50 women. Employees are not allowed to use the same plates as the management. Instead, we are given separate plastic, non-microwaveable plates. Open and free conversations with management are non-existent, they are rarely available for calls or approvals. This often leaves you stuck with work and unsure of how to proceed. Owner Kirti Kabra and the CSO do not communicate the company’s plans, leaving employees to execute tasks without understanding the broader objectives. The promoters' attitude towards employees can only be described as treating them like servants. They claim to be a "Great Place to work" but these are just the HR's efforts to save the company for crashing further down.
