Pros
In private, most of the employees at the Head Office are really nice people and fun to hang out with.
Cons
Middle management has no leadership and absolutely no management capabilities.
No frameworks, no professional structures available. The whole management layer is a chaos.
Top management gets paid millions in stocks, salaries... the rest is paid mediocre if not underpaid. That results in the poorest work ethics that I had ever seen. And of course, you get what you pay for. So mediocre environment, mediocre people.
