      Pros

      They are a flexible company in terms of working hours and working from home. They are a support group and thus contain multiple sub-companies with different opportunities and cultures.

      Cons

      They like to be understaffed which creates unnecessary workload for the employees. Technological trends are not followed as fast as you would like. They are not internationally active (mainly The Netherlands, Belgium and a bit in France). Relatively low salaries and amateuristic middle-management.

      - nice office to upkeep branding

      Cons

      -Too rigid KPI - needs to close a sales or deal as a strict target; even though one may bring in job postings and opportunities, that is not sufficient to meet KPI. -micromanaging boss who is not genuinely concerned with staff's growth but only sales revenue
