Pros
If you have a good management team looking out for you, it's decent enough. Working remote is a huge pro. Anything good I have to say is not for RRD, it's for my team from Williams Lea.
Cons
(Former Williams Lea) Since RRD acquired us, all the admin stuff has rapidly declined in quality. It's abundantly clear that RRD does whatever is the cheapest for them. Our benefits package significantly worsened. No more shift differential, leftover PTO no longer carries over to the next year, and the new insurance options are complete crap.
