A definite place to go for the politically manipulative individuals who like to lobby and ruin careers of hardworking and honest professionals.
Cons
Incompetent people leading teams and management. Biases and favouritism will always be a hurdle in your rewards. No opportunity for growth. You can’t move up the ladder without being on your knees. There’s a very strong lobby that has been steering the company in their favour and throwing hardworking honest individuals under the bus for saving their own incompetence. They have been taking credit for others work. There is zero transparency within the company, no one ever has a valid solid answer to any sort of questions, the policies are pretty vague and no clear explanations are given. The management is full of sexist perverts who would pull up incompetent females which has created insecurities resulting in a negative environment. More than 20% employees have resigned due to the lack of professionalism in the management and more are leaving.
