Pros
There is too much stability, even if you are good or bad employee which eventually gets frustrating to work with people that simply doesn’t care at every organizational level -The only benefit they offer is a yearly bonus, and there is not very clear information about the metrics related to this production bonus.
Cons
- Really non competitive salaries. - Mediocre management. - Carrier development not available (It’s almost impossible to grow in the company. ) - Continuously increased workload & tasks with out compensation adjustment for what the role requieres.
