- Product has strong moat with focus on technical best practices during deployment -Good place to learn data engineering fundamentals - Good compensation, although no shares
Cons
- On delivery project, lack of strong leadership has led to developers and leads to fend for themselves - Product is inherently difficult to develop, unrealistic scope and timeline lead from sales to unrealistic timelines - Culture started out strong, but behaviours from the MNCs we deliver for has work its way into the internal team culture
