Pros
I've worked at QuadReal for a bit longer than ~8 months and it's been nothing short of incredible. I found it odd when i showed up that everyone seemed HAPPY and genuinely enjoyed their jobs. There's no shortage of work, but everyone is willing to lend a helping hand and genuinely care about each other. It also feels like you can chart your own path here, as the organization hasn't been around for too long. It feels like i've hit the jackpot. Pay is comparable as well to competitors. Senior leadership is approachable.
Cons
Some times things move a bit slower because it is a corporate entity at the end of the day. Sometimes I find it frustrating that there's no processes in place when it feels like there should be.
