QSR Automations Response

We have instituted a Hybrid work policy here at QSR Automations. 3 days in office each week. Bring your dogs, flexible work hours, and a casual work environment. We work hard every day to listen to our employees. I know for many it has been hard learning a new routine of coming into an office again, but we think collaboration and company culture requires our people to be present some of the time in the office. Getting to know our co-workers is important on many levels. As far as Leadership goes, come see not only our company roadmap but also our product roadmap and see for yourself! We have reorganized to follow these roadmaps and vision, hired many new people and promoted many employees from within. QSR has a bright future ahead. Change is good!

Pros

From a current employee, I wanted to share my perspective on my experience working at QSR Automations. I have had the opportunity to witness the outstanding qualities that make QSR Automations a remarkable place to work. From day one, I was impressed by the company's commitment internally to fostering a positive and supportive work environment. The company culture at QSR Automations promotes collaboration, teamwork, and open communication. The management team is genuinely invested in the well-being and growth of its employees, creating a nurturing atmosphere that allows individuals to thrive both personally and professionally. Within my first few weeks, the People and Culture Team, along with many other employees, not only went out of their way to make sure I was aware of upcoming company events when I came on board knowing no one, but consistently and genuinely looked forward to including me and introducing me to any employee that walked by. With People First being a Core Value, this was a memorable and prime example of the inclusion aspect that shines within QSR. I also witnessed this firsthand with others when new team members have joined us since. Whether it is morning Yoga & Meditation at the office, raffled tickets to a Lou City/Racing Soccer game, internal Cooking with Kathi class, Company Bowling Event, Top Golf celebration, or team lunch, they have gone above and beyond to include a wide range of activities and ‘perks’ that most companies wouldn’t take the time of day to incorporate, none the less consider. One aspect that sets QSR Automations apart is its dedication to innovation and cutting-edge technology. The company is at the forefront of the industry, constantly pushing boundaries and introducing new solutions that transform the way businesses operate. Being a part of this forward-thinking organization has provided me with a tremendous sense of pride and motivation to excel in my role and potential roles down the line. There is not one employee I have met at QSR that I felt wouldn’t be more than willing to teach or explain the expertise behind their role that I was eager to learn more about. The team dynamics here are exceptional. Colleagues are highly skilled, supportive, and passionate about their work. There is a true sense of camaraderie and collaboration, with everyone working towards common goals. The company encourages cross-functional collaboration, allowing employees to learn from each other and grow collectively. QSR Automations also places a strong emphasis on professional development. The company provides ample opportunities for growth. Employees are encouraged to take on new challenges, expand their skill sets, and pursue their career aspirations. This commitment to ongoing learning has been instrumental in my own development and has contributed significantly to my success within the organization. In conclusion, my experience working at QSR Automations has been nothing short of exceptional thus far knowing there is more to come. The company's commitment to employee well-being, innovation, work-life balance, strong team dynamics, professional development, and community involvement makes it an outstanding place to work. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had and the positive impact the company has had on my career.

Cons

Communication challenges: At times, due to the various platforms, communication isn’t standard across the organization. There may be room for improvement in terms of communication channels and processes within the organization. Clear and effective communication between teams and departments could enhance workflow and collaboration.
