Pros

A paycheck every 2 weeks - I guess thats a pro.

Cons

Unprofessional Environment: From day one, I felt unwelcome and unsupported as a new hire. There was little to no onboarding or guidance. Toxic Culture: The workplace operates on a culture of survival where doing the bare minimum is not only the norm but seemingly encouraged. It’s no surprise there’s a high turnover rate. Overworked Management: Managers are stretched so thin that there’s no time to provide meaningful feedback, making it nearly impossible for employees to improve or feel valued. This lack of support trickles down to negatively impact customer service and satisfaction.

Pros

Qnary is a place to truly build your career no matter what role or level you join. I worked at Qnary for years and am extremely grateful for the opportunity and all the people I met and learned from along the way. I was able to be promoted several times during my tenure there. I learned a tremendous amount through my Qnary experience about business, leadership, and technology. Qnary was born in New York City, as a start up that has since grown up, but that NYC-startup vibe is in it's DNA. If you have hustle, drive, and curiosity, this is an excellent place to work and learn from the team, the leaders, and the clients. You are surrounded by go getters. If you show interest and raise your hand, you get called on. Qnary has been cultivating young talent and supporting them to climb onto the next rung - or rungs - of their careers for over a decade.

Cons

It's a mostly virtual environment (with moments to come together in real life as a team). While this can appear as a pro, I've noticed it's been challenging especially for people just starting out in their careers not to be able to physically be together. Qnary, at it's heart is a startup. The company and culture is always thinking about how it can improve and do things better. Process can and does change. Critical thinking, ownership, and leadership is necessary for all roles. I viewed this as a pro because it allows for growth, but if you are looking for a place to be a cog in the wheel, it might not be the best place for you.

Pros

Honestly one of the better places I've worked. The culture is genuinely good, people are collaborative, no drama, and everyone's pulling in the same direction. Communication from leadership is transparent, which you don't always get. You actually know what's going on and feel like your voice matters. And the remote work setup is a HUGE HUGE perk, there's a real trust that you'll get your work done without someone hovering over you. It gives you flexibility to manage your day and actually have a life outside of work.

Cons

It's a smaller company so things can move quickly and priorities shift. You've got to be comfortable being flexible and jumping in where needed. Not a knock, just the reality of working somewhere that's still growing.
