Pros
Tucson branch of the company is very close knit group. Atmosphere is not typical of any corporation I have worked for in the past, people work well together.
Cons
If you are disabled or prone to sickness, even with ADA and FMLA, you are looked down upon by management if you are sick. Was "let-go" for "company interests" shortly after FMLA was filed.
