Pros
Great place to work, especially if you like craft beer, as they offer amazing employee discounts for beer ($1 pints), kegs, retail, food, etc. The best part of working there is the staff, I've made lasting friendships with so many people there. Often staff will go there on their day off to hangout on the patio, I can't imagine doing that anywhere else.
Cons
Some of the front house staff is very young, so there's some high-school drama, but if you don't let yourself get consumed by it (don't date your co-worker), you're fine.
