Pros

Sir, did you know that the term "Fear of the Lord" is in the Bible 144 times? That is 12 x 12 which means perfect government. Fear of the Lord does not mean to be scared of Him, it means to be lined up with the heart of God. Mr. Clancy, God is not mad at you for your riches, but the problem with being rich is that people lose the heart of God. You stop being concerned with the things of His Kingdom. Since you have taken over Harris, and absorbed them into this company, our own values and culture have changed dramatically. They didn't take on our culture, we took on theirs, and now there is fear, real fear, and growing discouragement and anger within your sales team. You know, we are the little ones, and Christ wasn't talking about little children, He was talking about the little ones of His Kingdom. We,...the poor. The poor whom you make your money thru. He says point blank, Woe to you who offends these little ones, for it better that a mill stone were tied about his neck.... Most of us loved this company and felt we had finally found something worth working for. A real servant leadership. It is no longer that way. Sir. I hope you take a real hard look at what your doing, and the people this change is actually hurting. Do you really still feel like your doing what you set out to do? Or has it ONLY become about the money? Stop listening to the new blood you've brought in, and go back to what you were called to do.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. Drew reads every post, and your comments tell us we still have some work to do in bringing our associates together and to sharing more of the “why” behind some of our decisions - and we are absolutely committed to doing it. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Cons

pace varies wildly, and many clients are unprepared for what the calls actually are.

Pros

weren't many, but recruiter Ally was infectious in the best way with her smile and laugh.

Cons

Notice how all the 5/5 star reviews are all around the same time frame, typically August/September of 2024? Yeah they do that because they are so focused on being "the best" They encourage you to leave a review and share that you did with the HR team. Oh and be aware if you are a conservative here, they will shove DEI down your throat. they had book clubs that weren't inclusive at all and very racially biased. if you were white you had to watch out for the kind of language you used because it is your fault if you offend someone. oh and did I mention that you are pushed to sell this expensive book and garbage to veterans who don't want to talk about their experience, already give what they can to their VFW/American Legion and are living on a fixed income? yeah it sucked. the best part about the veteran calls was honoring them by thanking them for their service or welcoming them home. When i was working there they were celebrating Vietnam vets, which I love but I don't love selling to them.

Thank you so much for recognizing Ali - we agree she's pretty great! Some months we launch 15 projects and others we launch 25. Some months we have 400K records to update and others we have 1M. Our work is variable, and so in some areas our workforce must be, too, PCI is a learning organization and we do offer a number of book clubs. We love all people and we believe in the fair treatment of all people. We're disappointed to find that a member of our team did not agree on what is basic humanity.
