      clean, nice office space, nice location, parking available, laptop and work equipment provided.

      Cons

      hostile environment, dismal communication between departments, poor communication between department heads, no performance evaluations, expectations of job roles never clearly documented or communicated.

      Pros

      Friendly co-workers generally - of course sometimes too friendly. Leeway to make changes to our product to make it better for clients.

      Cons

      Upper management not present most of the time and out of touch with employee's that earn the money for the company. Pay raises VERY infrequent. Employees not held accountable for 8 hour day. Low moral.
