Lack of upper management and set standards and practices.

-customers are generally nice -generally a non stressful job -it doesnt take much to do the job, knowing the products, cleaning, restocking, product facing.

-salary; any more than a dollar over minimum wage isn’t to be expected -They like to call it a sales job when in actuality, you are a typical retail cashier. -hours can go by without a customer walking through the door, so it can be mind numbingly boring often times. -no benefits or compensations,
