Pros
I was trained generally in Huntersville NC by the folks at Proactive. They were sweet & very accomodating. Training lasted 4days. My company flew me out, gave me petty cash, a 4 star hotel and a rental. PDS provided a catered lunch daily.
Cons
When i got back home to my dealership I was very disappointed. I didn't make half as much money as i was offered. I worked 45 hours a week, my office was understaffed, & the management was very unsupportive. The things that i was taught by PDS were never implented in the dealership.
