Pros

I have been a technician at Precision for almost 3 years now. The training was top notch, I felt empowered to do my job effectively and profitably by the time I completed training. The compensation is more than fair. Work schedule is balanced allowing for good work/home balance.

Cons

The only real con I can think of is that the job is physically demanding, but for individuals who enjoy working (like me) this could be considered a pro.

Pros

Great pay. Autonomy and ability to be self-driven at work to achieve goals. Leadership cares about personal growth and development. My particular location is very progressive in terms of support for diverse populations of employees (especially LGBTQ inclusivity).

Cons

Some days are slow, others have overtime hours. Hard to schedule free time around an unpredictable schedule.
