      Pros

      Great pay. Autonomy and ability to be self-driven at work to achieve goals. Leadership cares about personal growth and development. My particular location is very progressive in terms of support for diverse populations of employees (especially LGBTQ inclusivity).

      Cons

      Some days are slow, others have overtime hours. Hard to schedule free time around an unpredictable schedule.

      Great pay and benefits. Feels like a small company that listens and respects their employees paired with the benefits and resources of a large corporation. The industry continues to grow and the employees have increasing opportunities.

      Cons

      The work can be intensive and fast paced. You are in charge of your own performance and success.
